1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or tampering may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Digital products, downloadable content, or services once accessed

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear images or videos of the issue (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacements will be shipped after the returned item passes quality inspection.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
